Elaris, a pioneer in e-mobility, introduces its's first electric van. Elaris, the unique all-in-one provider of electromobility, unveiled the Elaris Caro electric van. Asiastar, an Elaris manufacturing partner, manufactures the high-roof panel van with a practical, aerodynamic design.

The Elaris Caro electric van has a price starting at 41,000 euros. It will be available from the middle of the year at all Elaris facilities in Germany and Austria.

The dimensions of the Elaris CARO electric van are 5915 x 2040 x 2632 mm (L/W/H). In addition, the electric van distinguishes itself with its choice for customized interior design, which includes passenger transport capabilities from seven to twenty-four seats.

Furthermore, the Elaris Caro electric van has an autonomy of up to 450 kilometers, a rapid charging capacity of 150 kW, a maximum torque of 440 Nm, electric rear-view mirrors with heated and indication functions, a multifunction steering wheel, and cockpit air conditioning. In addition, the Elaris Caro electric van excels in terms of safety, with features such as automated emergency braking, lane departure warning, tire pressure monitoring, reverse camera, and parking help.

"Throughout our extensive conversations with our B2B target group, several interested parties have approached us with queries concerning a transporter model," Elaris CEO Lars Stevenson adds. "With the CARO, Elaris now offers a high-performance LCV (Light commercial vehicle) model that will appeal to a broad range of commercial clients." Later this year, Elaris will also produce a smaller version of the van."
