Sevic, a European manufacturer of small electric vans, begins sales in Germany with the Sevic V500e. The V500e is a tiny electric van of the L7e-CU class that is excellent for urban use. To answer your question about why the vehicle resembles the Tropos Able: Tropos USA's strategic supply partner is Sevic.

The V500e small electric van is manufactured in Europe and is mainly composed of European components. Bochum is home to Sevic's corporate headquarters. The manufacturing plant in Bulgaria/Europe is state-of-the-art and is managed in collaboration with Milara International Ltd., a world leader in robot manufacturing.

When creating the Sevic V500e, emphasis was placed on application diversity and scalability. A proprietary so-called cargo switch technology enables rapid swapping of transport bodies. For instance, passengers can quickly transition from a closed transport box to a platform.

The first Sevic V500e Launch Edition models include many complimentary features: AC fast charger with a 9.9 kW output (compatible with public charging stations), air conditioning, alloy wheels, LED fog lights, vegan leather seats, multimedia package with Bluetooth hands-free technology, reversing camera, and a Type 2 charging cable.

The Sevic V500e is available with two different battery capacities. The smaller models with a battery size of 16.5 kWh and a range of up to 150 km have a price starting at 24,900 euros (plus assembly and transfer); the long-range model with a battery size of 33 kWh and a range of up to 300 km begins at 29,500 euros net (plus installation and transfer). On the Sevic website, interested parties may already place binding pre-orders.

Sevic collaborates with roughly 570 independent workshops in the GAS network to provide security and service. The new Sevic V500e is serviceable, inspectable, and repairable across Germany. GAS subsidiary GAR provides damage management services (Global Automotive Repair). @via Sevic and electrive.
