The top-of-the-range option is a hybrid system that combines a naturally aspirated 1.6-liter, four-cylinder engine with an electric motor and a 1.2-kWh battery pack. The total output of this system is 141 horsepower and 253 Newton-meters of torque. The hybrid system is mated to an automatic transmission and has a fuel consumption of 3.6 liters per 100 kilometers and CO2 emissions of 82 grams per kilometer. The hybrid system also has a brake energy recovery function and can run on electric mode for short distances.
A competitive equipment and safety level
The new Mitsubishi Colt offers a competitive level of equipment and safety features comparable to the Renault Clio and other rivals in the segment. The Colt is available in three trim levels: Base, Intense, and Zen. The Base trim level includes the following features:

The hybrid version starts from 20,900 euros ($23,500) for the base trim level and goes up to 24,900 euros ($28,000) for the Zen trim level.
However, these prices can be reduced significantly thanks to a promotion that Mitsubishi is offering until the end of November 2023. The promotion consists of a discount of 2,500 euros ($2,800) for the base version, 3,000 euros ($3,400) for the Intense version, and 3,500 euros ($3,900) for the Zen version. In addition, the promotion includes a five-year warranty, a five-year maintenance service, and a five-year roadside assistance service. With this promotion, the Colt becomes one of the most affordable cars in its segment, undercutting the Renault Clio and other competitors.
